• Cost: $600 per participant​

• What you get:

  • ​​CPM will conduct an initial information meeting.

  • CPM enlists previous team leaders from past retreats to lead a retreat for your group.

  • Publicity and online registration process will be provided.  Ongoing email communication with registrants leading up to the retreat will be sent with the opportunity to ask questions.

  • CPM will conduct a final meeting of all participants 3-4 weeks prior to the retreat in order to go over the list of things to pack and the itinerary.  CPM will also privately meet with any faculty/staff/ministers and/or student drivers assigned to go.

  • A Desert Experience Retreat for 6 nights in Death Valley National Park.

    • Includes:  Service fee, truck rentals with insurance, gas, all meals from pick up to drop off at Las Vegas Airport, snacks & water, park admittance fee's, campground fee's, shower fee's, supplies, use of camping gear & cooking equipment, and administrative/operating expenses.

• Your total fee does not include:  airfare, transportation to and from your home airport and/or to and from Death Valley (if you are driving your own vehicle), any other type of transportation to Las Vegas, additional rental fee's for "drivers under 25", dinner at Stovepipe restaurant on "mountain day" (should the group choose that option), dinner on the last day of the retreat and any personal purchases.

Chaperones:  For University groups, it is recommended that 1 of every 15 participants be a faculty/staff member.

Alcohol:  There is a restaurant/bar across the street from the campground.  If your organization has a no alcohol policy, even for those who are of age, Fred will act as your agent regarding the implementation of this policy.
